Gary is the retired Executive Partner of a major national law firm & is now a Senior Partner with that firm. He practices general & corporate law involving individuals, partnerships, municipal corporations & closely held corporations. He has extensive experience with real estate transactions, M&A, reorganizations, loan agreements & business & tax planning. Among other positions, he has been Chairman of the firm's Community Relations & Political Action Committees. Gary serves on the boards of several companies & has been a Trustee of the Cleveland Bar Association, a Board Member of the Cleveland Orchestra, the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center & Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Heidelberg University, his alma mater. He is also active with Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he received his JD.

Susan has Sales, Marketing & Advertising experience in the real estate, publishing & non-profit segments. She has skills, expertise & leadership in the non-profit segment at creating volunteer engagement, fundraising, event marketing & event planning. She possesses exceptional research, organization & analytical skills and has a passionate interest in healthy & sustainable lifestyles, research awareness & product knowledge of the organic/natural food & health industry. Susan is an avid supporter of Stanford Athletics. She is a member of the prestigious Stanford Associates & the Junior League. At Stanford University, Susan earned her BA in Psychology & Sociology & her MA in Sociology & Organizational Behavior.
Tom has more than 30 years experience in leadership & consulting roles in Operations, Technology & Retail Delivery. His broad experience includes Production Management, Client Experience, Risk Management, Continuous Process Improvement, Business Process Re-engineering & Outsourcing Management. With an extensive strategic planning & program/project implementation background, Tom led one of the largest & the first successful front-counter image-enabled teller system installations. Tom's M&A, change management & technology innovation experience has given him the insight & capability to help teams realize value by successfully creating, implementing &embracing change & growth. Tom holds a BS in Mathematics from John Carroll University & an MBA from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School.
